Why Digital Media Require a Strategic Rethink

One of the year’s most highly anticipated movies, Les Misérables, will premier in the U.S. and Canada on December 14. Worldwide release will gradually follow, ending, in late March, with Brazil. Several months later the movie will head to on-demand services and from there make its way to DVD.
